The President of Lakeshore College has been chosen as the recipient of a prestigious honor.
Dr. Paul Carlsen was selected to be a part of the 2027 Wisconsin Titan 100, an award that recognizes his leadership, innovation, and impact on higher education, workforce development, and the regional economy.
This is the 5th year of the Titan 100, and Carlsen is the only Wisconsin Technical College President to have been named to the list.
Carlsen became president of Lakeshore College in 2017, and since then has taken initiative in expanding educational opportunities, strengthening workforce development, and responding to the needs of students and employers.
Beyond this, Carlsen is also on the board of directors for the American Association of Community Colleges, the New North board, the Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation board, and the Wisconsin Maritime Museum board.
He will be honored at the 2027 Wisconsin Titan 100 Awards on January 21st, 2027, at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee.
