A local animal shelter is looking to help cats in their care find their forever homes.
The Humane Society of Sheboygan County has shared that throughout the month of October, all cats and kittens in their care are available at 50% off through their Octo-Purr campaign.
Cats and kittens up for adoption include those at the shelter itself, as well as those in foster care and at PetSmart in Sheboygan.
Those who are looking to take advantage of this deal are encouraged to start online by filling out an adoption application ahead of time and browsing which cats are available for adoption.
The Humane Society does note that completing the adoption application ahead of time will make the process smoother when someone is ready to meet their potential match.

The Octo-Purr adoption event will run until October 31st.
