A road on Manitowoc’s north side will be affected by a water main project.
Manitowoc Public Utilities will begin the project at the intersection of North 21st and Kemper Streets on Friday (October 9th), which the City of Manitowoc says will result in the closure of North 21st Street between Waldo Boulevard and Rankin Street.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of the workday.
