Milwaukee police are investigating an afternoon attack on a 15-year-old student outside Bradley Tech High School.
Officials say an unknown individual pushed the teenager, pointed a weapon, and struck the victim with what appeared to be the handle of a gun shortly after dismissal on Monday.
School staff immediately moved remaining students back indoors while school resource officers secured the perimeter.
The student declined medical treatment at the scene, and police continue to search for the suspect.
