
Eastern Wisconsin gas prices have dropped significantly for the second straight week.
As reported on the AAA Gas Prices website, Manitowoc County’s average price per gallon of regular unleaded fuel fell 17 cents since this time last week to $4.13.
This is also 31 cents lower than at the end of September, and 34 cents less than the high reported during the third week of May.
Meanwhile, Sheboygan County reported a 20-cent drop to $4.12, and Calumet County’s average is down 16 cents to $4.13.
Outagamie County has the least expensive fuel in the area following a 14-cent dip to $4.07, while Brown County saw a 13-cent drop to $4.14.
Kewaunee and Door Counties each reported 12-cent dips to $4.18 and $4.16, respectively.
The state average is down nine cents to $4.14, while the national average actually rose two cents to $4.36.
