
Manitowoc Lutheran remains No. 4 in this week’s Division Six Bound Wisconsin Football Coaches Poll.
The Lancers won their 16th straight Big East Conference game and their 24th in their last 26 overall last Thursday night in Hilbert, 35 to 17.
They trailed 17 to 14 late in the first half, then scored 18 unanswered points to pull away from the Wolves.
Manitowoc Lutheran hosts Reedsville in its regular-season home finale Friday night, as 19 seniors will be recognized for their contributions to the program. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. from Coach Heidrich Field, with coverage on “WOMT 100” and womtradio.com beginning at 6:45 p.m.
Undefeated Bonduel is ranked first in D-6, with Cedar Grove-Belgium of the Big East Conference debuting at number ten.
The Brillion Lions are ranked eighth in Division Five as their only loss was to Manitowoc Lutheran back in week two.
Freedom remains first in Division Four with Northeast Conference rival Little Chute ranked fourth. Plymouth falls four spots to seventh after suffering their first loss of the season last Friday to Port Washington, with Winneconne coming in at number four.
Notre Dame Academy of Green Bay remains atop Division Two with Kaukauna ranked eighth. West De Pere jumps three spots to number one in Division One following last week’s victory over previously unbeaten Bay Port, which slips two spots to number four.
Lourdes Academy of Oshkosh is ranked fourth in Division Seven, and in eight-man football, Sevastopol ranks eighth.
