A Manitowoc man already facing methamphetamine and THC charges has been picked up on new but similar charges.
60-year-old Gary Geiger was given a $500 cash bail by Court Commissioner Jewel Scharenbroch yesterday (October 5th).
Geiger has been charged with Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of THC, and Felony Bail Jumping.
On October 2nd, local authorities executed a search warrant of the 60-year-old’s home, where they located numerous individuals using drugs, as well as an undisclosed amount of THC and meth.
During their execution of the warrant, Geiger also admitted to using the drugs found in the home, a clear violation of the terms of his bail in a previous case where he is also charged with Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place and Possession of Meth and THC.
Additional terms of his bail include a strict no-contact order with the individuals named in the probable cause statement and maintaining absolute sobriety.
Geiger will return to court on Monday (October 12th) to make his initial appearance in Branch 3.
