Racine police are looking into an overnight shooting at Lockwood Park that left a 17-year-old dead and another teenager in custody.
Officers responded to reports of gunfire along Graceland Boulevard early yesterday morning following a fight that broke out during a large gathering.
First responders took the 17-year-old victim to Ascension All Saints Hospital, where he died from a gunshot wound to his back.
A 16-year-old suffering from a torso wound was transferred to Children’s Hospital and arrested as a person of interest while receiving medical care.
