The Blugold Marching Band from UW Eau Claire is set to perform in the 2027 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
Members of the band were told the news Wednesday after their rehearsal in the Sonnentag Fieldhouse.
The BMB was selected out of over 100 applicants.
They’re the ninth ensemble out of Wisconsin to perform at the parade, and the first from the state’s collegiate level.
