Authorities in Sheboygan County are looking for tips in an open criminal case.
Back in June, a Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Deputy was called to the 3000 block of County Road V in the Town of Mitchell on a report of criminal damage to property.
Once on scene, the Deputy discovered a damaged excavator with cut lines for the diesel exhaust system and coolant, totaling approximately $3,000 in damages.
Now with leads in the case running dry, the Sheriff’s Office and Sheboygan Countywide Crime Stoppers are asking anyone with information on the case to call 1-877-283-8436.
Callers can choose to remain anonymous, and those with information leading to an arrest may be eligible for a reward up to $1,000.
This case is a part of Crimes Stoppers’ new Word on the Street initiative which aims to help authorities to solve open criminal cases in Sheboygan County.
