Wildwood Park & Zoo has welcomed two young cougar cubs.
The unrelated pair, a male and a female, arrived from a Wisconsin captive breeding facility.
Both cubs are roughly three months old and are adjusting to their new environment.
The zoo’s Welcome Center has been temporarily closed to give the animals a quiet environment during their transitions.
Over the coming weeks, staff will introduce the cubs to new sights, sounds, and caretakers before allowing them into their outdoor habitat for their public debut.
