The Green Bay Police Department is asking for help in a substantial battery case.
Investigators posted a photo of a man believed to have been involved in the incident on Sunday, September 13th in the area of Howard Street and South Chestnut Avenue.
The details in the case were not revealed, but the man was photographed wearing a black hat with some sort of symbol, potentially of a military nature, and a tan or light colored t-shirt.
He also appears to have a half-sleeve tattoo on his right arm and is sporting a goatee.
