A federal grand jury has indicted three men accused of convincing pharmacists to invest $750,000 dollars in a proposed COVID-19 test manufacturing facility.
Court documents say Kurt Wise claimed to represent Liberty Development and persuaded three pharmacists to invest in a factory that would produce the tests.
Instead, the money was used for other business dealings, including payments to co-defendants Carl Wise and Keith Begin.
The three men each face federal wire fraud charges.
