Madison police are arresting the leaders of an unrecognized fraternity following a disturbing hazing bust on campus this week.
Officers responding to an anonymous tip Wednesday night discovered around 30 partially clothed young men covered in food inside a sweltering basement on Langdon Street.
Investigators reported finding visible injuries on several pledges consistent with physical assault.
Officers broke up the gathering and placed the group’s president and vice president under arrest on misdemeanor hazing and disorderly conduct charges.
