As we turn to fall, the Sheboygan County Warming Center is gearing up for another season.
The Warming Center will officially open its doors to start the 2026-2027 season on November 1st, marking an earlier start than in years past.
With the start of a new season comes along with it a significant need for nightly meals for guests and volunteers.
With this in mind, the Warming Center stated, “If you, your family, church, business, organization, or group would be willing to provide a meal, we would love to have you join us.”
Staff is also seeking monetary donations ahead of the season, with the Warming Center adding, “It takes a lot to keep our doors open and provide a safe, warm place for our neighbors during the winter months…Whether you cook a meal, volunteer your time, or make a financial gift, you are helping make sure our neighbors have a warm place to go this winter.”
