Residents in the Sheboygan area will be able to hear from candidates in the November 2026 election.
The Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce will hold its 2026 Candidate Forum on October 12th from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at its headquarters on South 8th Street.
Invitations for the event have been sent to candidates running for State Assembly and Senate, U.S. Congress, and both candidates for Governor.
As of now, 27th District Representative Lindee Brill, 26th District candidate John Belanger, and Wisconsin Senate District 9 candidate Chris Ellis have confirmed their attendance, while Republicans Amy Binsfeld and Gubernatorial candidate Tom Tiffany have declined to participate.
On what will be covered at the forum, the Chamber explained, “Chamber members are encouraged to submit questions in advance for consideration during the forum. This is your opportunity to raise the issues and topics that matter most to you, your business, and the Sheboygan County community.”
