A local organization is once again looking to raise funds for a family whose infant children have spent more than three months in the hospital.
The Harper Group, which raises money for families of children facing medical hardships, will be at the 5th Annual Craft Creek Hoods and Hops Classic Car Show, collecting donations for Jaxon and Gianni.
The dynamic duo was born after just 24 weeks and 1 day of gestation, weighing 1 pound 11 ounces and 1 pound 8 ounces, respectively.
Gianni was in the NICU for 133 days while his brother was there for 137 days, and both had to have procedures done on their tiny hearts.
Both are continuing to recover and grow, but their strength and determination have helped them overcome every obstacle that has stood in their way.
If you would like to support Jaxon, Gianni, and their family, you are encouraged to stop by Craft Creek Brewing in Manitowoc on October 4th between 11:00 and 5:00 p.m. and speak to members of The Harper Group, while enjoying some locally brewed beer, a range of classic cars, food, and music by Nettle Hill.
