An Eastern Wisconsin company is being awarded for helping the environment.
Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce announced that Green Bay Packaging Inc. is one of three recipients of their Environmental Stewardship award as part of its 2026 Business Friend of the Environment Awards.
WMC explains that the Business Friend of the Environment Awards have been presented for 36 years to companies that have demonstrated environmental leadership through sustainability, stewardship, and innovation.
To earn one of the nine awards, businesses must demonstrate that they have made a significant improvement in one of three areas: sustainability, environmental stewardship, or environmental innovation.
Green Bay Packaging was one of nine companies selected by an independent panel of judges who represent the business community and environmentalists.
