Bank First has named its new Vice President of Guest Services.
Sarah Larson, who is also a world-renowned adaptive golfer, has taken over the role, bringing with her more than 20 years of leadership, operations, and customer service experience to Bank First.
Most recently, she served as Operations and Training Manager at Americollect (GetixHealth), where she led a team of more than 60 employees, developed operational strategies, managed departmental performance, and partnered with healthcare organizations to improve service and financial outcomes.
