Kenosha County District Attorney Xavier Solis has his law license back, less than 24 hours after it was suspended for failing to cooperate with a misconduct probe.
The state Supreme Court automatically restored the license yesterday after officials confirmed Solis is now cooperating with the investigation.
State rules keep details of the allegations confidential unless public discipline is issued.
Solis, who took office in January as the county’s first Republican DA in over a century, thanked his supporters in a statement and said he remains dedicated to serving the community.
