There is only one meeting on tap for today (September 14th) in the City of Manitowoc.
The Public Safety Committee will be in the Council Chambers at 5:30 p.m., where they will give the public time to comment.
Then, after reviewing their usual monthly reports, the group will review a request for new sidewalks on South 21st Street between Summit and Flambeau Streets, and on Flambeau between South 18th and South 23rd Streets.
This is the area of the city between Dewey and Viebahn Streets, located just east of Manitowoc Ice and just west of Monroe Elementary.
In total, over 2,800 feet of sidewalk are in the proposal, which would cost an estimated $128,800.
The group will also enter a closed session to review a Manitowoc Fire Rescue Department billing dispute.
