The City of Sheboygan will be seeking feedback from the public this week.
The City will hold its second of five community feedback sessions regarding the ongoing updates to the zoning code on Wednesday (September 16th).
The discussion will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Fountain Park in Downtown Sheboygan during the SCIO Farmer’s Market.
This community feedback session will cover driveways and how they will be factored into the City’s zoning code.
When discussing the importance of these events, the City explained, “The last discussion took place in April at a Committee of the Whole meeting. Before staff brings the revised version back, we’re asking residents to share their thoughts on a few key topics. Your input will help shape a zoning code that supports Sheboygan’s future.”
There will be three more such events throughout September, covering the topics of accessory dwelling units, accessory structures, and home occupations.
Those looking to have their voices heard regarding the City’s zoning code are encouraged to attend.
More information on the remaining events is available on the City of Sheboygan Facebook page.
