
A former Milwaukee City Attorney has been sentenced following his misconduct conviction.
Tearman Spencer was ordered to spend 18 months on probation and pay a $7,000 fine.
Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Jorge Fragoso also ordered Spencer yesterday to complete 100 hours of community service and take a cognitive thinking class.
The 69-year-old was convicted of felony misconduct in public office by a Milwaukee County jury on July 31st.
If Spencer violates probation, he will serve three months at the Milwaukee County Community Reintegration Center in Franklin.
