A Department of Transportation project will be affecting traffic in Sheboygan County this week.
The DOT explains that crews will begin repairing pavement on Interstate 43 today (September 8th).
These repairs will be done in both the northbound and southbound lanes of 1-43 between Wilson Lima Road and State Highway 28.
Currently, this pavement repair project is expected to be completed by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
While work is being completed, a continuous lane closure will be in place.
While a completion date has been provided, the DOT also added that all work and related traffic impacts are weather-dependent and subject to change.
