
The Manitowoc Public School District will discuss its finances tonight.
Before its regular monthly meeting tonight at 6:00 p.m., the board will host a public hearing on its 2026-2027 school budget at 5:30 p.m.
Director of Business Services Nathan Meilke will discuss key projections, the district’s total levy, and what would happen if they didn’t under-levy.
The school board will then discuss the findings and could approved the budget during their regular meeting.
The regular meeting could also include a vote on code of conduct updates, a school voucher resolution, and an architectural service recommendation, among other business.
