A Waushara County man who went missing after being accused of sexually abusing a minor is now confirmed dead.
Authorities say the body of 42-year-old Matthew Krause was found in Waushara County on Saturday with what is believed to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Krause was reported missing after he failed to show up for a court hearing last Tuesday.
Police reports show he had been charged with second-degree sexual assault of a child.
