Emplify Health by Bellin has partnered with Ernest Health to transform its Rehabilitation Center.
Earnest Health is a Rehabilitation Hospital in Green Bay, and through this partnership, Emplify Health will be able to expand access to its specialized rehabilitation care and strengthen its acute care capacity.
This transformation is set to be complete by October 1st and will use the current ten beds dedicated to Inpatient Rehabilitation to support hospitalized patients with acute care needs and expand the capacity of patients they can serve.
Emplify Health by Bellin and Ernest Health will work together to make sure every patient and family has the best possible care.
