A Manitowoc man facing sexual assault and child abuse charges has entered his plea.
37-year-old Randy Kue was back inside a Manitowoc County courtroom this week for his arraignment as he faces charges of First-Degree Sexual Assault Causing Great Bodily Harm, Second-Degree Sexual Assault with the Use of Force, Third-Degree Sexual Assault, and three counts of Child Abuse Intentionally Causing Harm.
At that hearing, Kue pled not guilty to all charges he faces, and he was bound over by Judge Mark Rohrer.
The 37-year-old has been accused of sexually and physically assaulting a woman repeatedly between 2019 and 2025, and is alleged to have impregnated the victim twice.
Additional accusations include the repeated physical assault of three children between 2020 and 2022 as well.
After entering his plea, Kue is set to appear in court on Friday (September 11th), as he and his legal counsel will argue to have his $100,000 cash bail lowered.
He will then be back on December 8th for a scheduling conference.
