The City of Sheboygan wants to hear from its residents.
The City will be hosting five community engagement opportunities throughout the month of September to gather public input on updates to the Sheboygan zoning code.
These meetings will focus on five key topics, including housing density, driveways, accessory dwelling units (ADU), accessory structures, and home occupations.
The first meeting will cover housing density and is scheduled to take place on September 9th at Uptown Social from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The ADU session will be held at the Tributary Beer Garden from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on September 17th.
The three remaining sessions will be held during the SCIO Wednesday Farmers Markets on September 16th, 23rd, and 30th, all running from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Fountain Park.
On these events, the City stated, “Your feedback is vital in helping shape a zoning code that supports Sheboygan’s future. We hope to see you there!”
More information on the community engagement sessions can be found on the City of Sheboygan Facebook page.
