Authorities in Manitowoc are looking to identify two juvenile e-bike riders.
The Manitowoc Police Department explains that on Monday (August 31st), an officer observed two individuals riding their e-bikes in the street in the downtown area.
After witnessing the individuals driving recklessly, nearly causing an accident, the officer attempted to pull the riders over, but they did not stop.
Manitowoc Police continued to say, “Due to the increased danger that the mini-bike drivers were posing for themselves and other drivers, attempts to pull them over were ended.”
The two individuals have been described as white males in their teens or early 20’s. One e-bike involved was black and silver and electric, while the other was gas-powered and blue.
