A fresh coat of paint will soon be applied to a water tower in Two Rivers.
Contractors were scheduled to be out at the East Water Tower at Walsh Field today to begin an interior painting project, but the weather may play a factor in those plans.
The City notes that this new paint job will help “protect the tank from corrosion, maintain water quality, and extend the life of the tower.”
It will take around four weeks to complete the job, meaning residents will see increased truck, trailer, equipment, and contractor activity around the tower.
Residents should not see any changes to their water service or water pressure.
