The second of three men arrested in the biggest meth bust in Manitowoc County history has been sentenced.
Federal Judge Byron Conway ordered 31-year-old Andre Allen to spend eight years and six months in federal prison, followed by five years on supervised release.
He, along with 31-year-old Karonn Hamilton and 29-year-old Corven M. Jones, were arrested in December of 2025 after it was learned they brought 25 pounds of meth into Manitowoc County from Virginia.
Hamilton was previously sentenced to eight years in federal prison and five years of supervised release, and Jones will be sentenced on September 25th.
