The Milwaukee Election Commission is detailing a mistake during primary election night earlier this month.
Director Paulina Gutierrez sent a letter to the Wisconsin Elections Commission ahead of a meeting tonight to discuss the mistake that led to a delay in reporting the results in Brew City.
The mistake involved somebody downloading the wrong data onto USB sticks instead of the correct ballot tallying results.
No evidence has been found that the mistake impacted the results of the election.
