Acuity Insurance has once again been honored by Newsweek as one of America’s best places to work.
For the third year in a row, the Sheboygan County-based company was recognized as a 5-star America’s Greatest Workplace by Newsweek, a recognition developed in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group.
Companies earn the honor through an independent evaluation of employee feedback and workplace performance across key measures including leadership, integrity, compensation, and work-life balance.
Melissa Winter, President and CEO of Acuity Insurance, said of the award, “Our people have always been our greatest strength. This recognition belongs to every employee who helps create the culture we’re proud of at Acuity.”
Newsweek’s evaluation analyzed more than 575,000 employee interviews, 7.6 million company reviews, and more than 37 million workplace data points to identify organizations that excel across 10 key dimensions of employee satisfaction.
Only companies earning 4- or 5-star ratings were recognized.
