A 5th suspect is facing charges in connection to a Janesville homicide earlier this month.
The police department says Charles Crenshaw was arrested for allegedly harboring and aiding a felon on August 9th when two people were shot, leaving a 25-year-old dead.
Crenshaw was originally a person of interest in the case and arrested for a parole violation, but was released and later taken into custody for a second time.
The four others involved made their initial Rock County court appearances earlier this month.
Crenshaw is waiting to make his first appearance in court.
