Investigators in Brown County are asking for the public’s help in locating a woman believed to have been involved in a recent theft in the Village of Howard.
Very little information about the incident was released, but the woman appears to be white with light brown hair in the photos provided.
She appeared to be carrying a dark colored handbag and was driving a dark colored four door sedan with a white oval sticker on the bottom driver’s side of the rear window.
