An alleged drug dealer in Manitowoc has been arrested.
52-year-old Michael J. Groh was given a $250 cash bail yesterday (August 24th) by Court Commissioner Luke Lefevre.
Groh has been formally charged with one felony count of Delivering Methamphetamine.
This charge comes after Groh took part in a controlled buy set up by the Manitowoc County Metro Drug Unit, which included nearly seven grams of meth, an amount Manitowoc County Assistant District Attorney Ryan Michaels noted to be well above the amount necessary for just personal use.
This is not the first drug-related arrest for the 52-year-old, who has previous convictions in Manitowoc County for Manufacturing or Delivering Amphetamine, Delivering Cocaine, and Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place, among others.
Groh was also ordered to maintain absolute sobriety, and he is not to possess any controlled substances.
He will return to court for his initial appearance on Monday (August 31st) in Branch 4.
