A former Kenosha County sheriff’s deputy finds himself on the other side of the law, accused of misusing Flock technology.
Frank McGrath was charged with misconduct in public office for allegedly using the license plate reader technology to check in on a fellow deputy whom he was dating.
An investigation revealed he used the camera system about 17 times last year, and he resigned after details of the investigation were shared.
Other Wisconsin law enforcement officials have also been accused of misusing Flock cameras.
