A cheese maker in Kewaunee County has filed an air pollution control permit request, and the DNR wants to know what the public thinks.
Agropur Inc., located at N2915 County Road AB in Luxemburg, submitted the permit application as they move forward with plans to construct two new boilers and add biogas fuel to an existing boiler.
The DNR’s preliminary investigation determined that the application meets state and federal air pollution control requirements, but the public is required to be allowed 30 days to voice any concerns.
