Manitowoc’s Lincoln Park Zoo is mourning the loss of a beloved animal.
Eddie, the Nubian goat, passed away at the age of 11.
The zoo says Eddie arrived in 2015 and loved to relax and bask in the sun on top of the jungle gym with his brother Nigel.
Staff also had to keep a close eye on Eddie during feeding time, so he wouldn’t be caught stealing his brother’s food.
The zoo has acquired two young pygmy goats, which helped bring back the energy to the space where the goats stay.
The Lincoln Park Zoo finishes by saying Eddie will be greatly missed by his keepers, roommates, and the many visitors who were lucky enough to see him.
