A plea and sentencing hearing has been delayed for a Cleveland man accused of sexually assaulting his children.
37-year-old Joshua Ganzel was supposed to enter his plea and be sentenced yesterday (August 17th), but that hearing has now been moved to September 15th.
No reason for the delay was given on CCAP.
Ganzel is facing charges of First-Degree Child Sexual Assault – Intercourse with Person under 12, First-Degree Child Sex Assault – Sexual Contact or Sexual Intercourse with a Person under 13, Repeated Sexual Assault of Same Child, Incest with Child, Incest with Child by Stepparent, Child Sexual Exploitation, and Soliciting a Child for Prostitution for the years-long sexual abuse of his daughter and stepson.
