The former Menasha Police Officer accused of misusing the Flock camera system has been sentenced.
32-year-old Cristian Morales was ordered to spend six months in jail, followed by three years on probation after being convicted on a charge of Misconduct in Office, Acting in Excess of Authority.
Morales was arrested after it was learned that he had used the Flock camera system to track a woman and her brother on two separate occasions in October of 2025.
The searches he conducted were done outside of his time on duty, and he blamed them on desperation, bad judgment, and a lack of sleep.
He has since resigned from the Menasha Police Department.
