A Cleveland man accused of raping and sexually assaulting his children is set to enter his plea.
37-year-old Joshua Ganzel will be in front of Manitowoc County Judge Anthony Lambrecht today (August 17th) for a plea and sentencing hearing.
This comes as Ganzel has been charged with First-Degree Child Sexual Assault – Intercourse with Person under 12, First-Degree Child Sex Assault – Sexual Contact or Sexual Intercourse with a Person under 13, Repeated Sexual Assault of Same Child, Incest with Child, Incest with Child by Stepparent, Child Sexual Exploitation, and Soliciting a Child for Prostitution.
Among the graphic allegations Ganzel faces, he has been accused of repeated sexual assault and rape of his daughter, forcing her to perform sexual acts on him, and having his stepson join in on the sexual abuse.
Court documents reveal that these crimes are said to have taken place in 2019, before the victims were even teenagers.
