UnitedOne Credit Union has announced a significant promotion.
Former Lending Director Angie Kenneke has been appointed to the credit union’s Chief Lending Officer (CLO).
Kenneke’s promotion comes after former CLO Amy Sonnemann was elevated to UnitedOne’s Chief Executive Officer following the retirement of Kim Rooney.
Kenneke steps into the role after joining UnitedOne Credit Union in 1998, having nearly 40 years of experience in financial institutions.
Kenneke said of the promotion, “In this role, I look forward to expanding our impact, fostering innovation, and ensuring we continue to provide exceptional service and lending solutions that strengthen the financial well-being of our members and communities.”
Outside her professional life, Kenneke is deeply committed to helping the local community and serves on the board of The Haven of Manitowoc County.
Kenneke also said, “As the financial landscape continues to evolve, I want to build on UnitedOne’s strong foundation by enhancing the member experience…Every decision we make should help improve our members’ financial lives, and I’m excited to continue advancing that mission.”
