A GoFundMe has been created for the family of a local man who recently passed away.
38-year-old Willie Howard Jr. was reported missing on Monday, Augst 3rd, and earlier this week, he was found deceased.
His parents, who created the GoFundMe, said that Will was “Someone whose presence brought light, laughter, and love into every room he entered.”
The money raised will be used to help the family cover funeral and memorial expenses as they try to “honor Will’s life with the dignity, love, and respect he deserves.”
He was found around the same time as a body was located in the Manitowoc River, but it has never been officially confirmed if that was Will.
