Charges are being upgraded for the Marquette University student involved in a deadly crash last September.
Peter McColgan was in court yesterday for a preliminary hearing where he now faces two counts of second-degree reckless homicide that killed two of his lacrosse teammates.
The 22-year-old now has an arraignment scheduled for September 4th after the judge granted a request to delay when McColgan will make his plea.
The other driver involved, Amanda Brunier, was found not guilty earlier this year for the part she played in the collision.
