There are three meetings to start the week in the City of Manitowoc.
First to meet is the Manitowoc Public Utilities Commission at the Manitowoc Public Utilities Office on S. 8th Street at 4:00 p.m.
After that will be the Manitowoc Library Board Personnel Committee at the Manitowoc Public Library at 4:30 p.m.
They will look to approve a reorganizational plan, which would put the board of trustees in charge of the library and have the executive director come second.
Lastly, the Public Safety Committee will meet in council chambers at 5:30 p.m.
After the public gets time to comment, they will look at a request to prohibit parking on the west side of Riverview Drive from Meadow Lane north to the Holy Family Memorial driveway and on the north side of Meadow Lane from Riverview Drive west to the Holy Family Memorial Driveway.
After hearing about a second area of prohibited parking and a request to install stop signs at the intersection of S. 22nd and Summit Street, they will discuss the city’s 2027 budget before approving ambulance service agreements for Roncalli and Manitowoc Lincoln High Schools.
