Some major Manitowoc road projects will be ending soon.
Mayor Justin Nickels explained on the WCUB Breakfast Club Monday that construction on Lancer Circle and Viebahn Street will be wrapping up sometime this month.
Lancer Circle from the Wildwood Drive East leg to the Wildwood Drive West leg closed at the beginning of June to completely reconstruct the road.
The full rebuild of Viebahn Street from S. 10th Street to Lakeside Blvd started on June 8th.
While those projects will be done soon, Nickels says construction on S. 30th Street between Dewey and Viebahn will continue into October.
All the projects were included in the City of Manitowoc’s 2026 budget.
