A former Milwaukee security guard is heading behind bars for a deadly shooting.
William Pinkins was sentenced to life in prison yesterday for the shooting in 2023 at Teutonia Gas and Food, where he opened fire on a man accused of stealing snack cakes.
The 29-year-old victim was leaving the store and Pinkins went after him and shot, hitting him in the head.
The 59-year-old was previously convicted of reckless homicide 36 years ago, and was only out of prison for five months before the 2023 killing.
