Dozens of protesters are getting help from a Wisconsin nonprofit.
Freedom Inc. has bailed out dozens of protesters who were arrested this week while police were clearing out the encampment at the site where Corey Ruiz was shot and killed by officers last month.
Police took a number of people into custody during the effort, removing personal belongings and other items from Williamson and Baldwin streets.
Officers said five fires were set during the demonstration, and accused protesters of emptying out dumpsters and trash cans.
